Join our Parent Group!
Parenting can be one of the most rewarding yet challenging journeys. Whether you’re raising a child or a teen, it can sometimes feel overwhelming. Our Parent & Caregiver Support Group offers a safe, welcoming space to share experiences, connect with others, and gain practical insights. Together, parents and caregivers build confidence, learn effective strategies, and explore real-world tools and solutions for everyday challenges—supported by others who understand the realities of raising children.
Important Note:
To register for the group, you must have a child currently receiving services at Three Rivers Therapy. If you do not have a child in services, we offer a cash pay option to participate.

Join our Kids Group!
Our Kids Group provides a supportive, engaging group environment where children build social and emotional skills through interactive therapeutic activities. Each week, kids learn healthy coping strategies, develop age-appropriate mental health goals, and explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe, encouraging space. Sessions are designed to be fun and meaningful, helping children grow confidence and emotional awareness while connecting with peers. Topics include celebrating differences, identifying positive role models, building self-advocacy skills, creating healthy friendships and boundaries, and discovering each child’s unique strengths and abilities.
Day/Time:
Teen Group (13+): Thursday’s 5-6pm
8-12 year’s old: Thursday’s 5-6pm
4-7 year’s old: Thursday’s 5-6pm
