Our Kids Group provides a supportive, engaging group environment where children build social and emotional skills through interactive therapeutic activities. Each week, kids learn healthy coping strategies, develop age-appropriate mental health goals, and explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe, encouraging space. Sessions are designed to be fun and meaningful, helping children grow confidence and emotional awareness while connecting with peers. Topics include celebrating differences, identifying positive role models, building self-advocacy skills, creating healthy friendships and boundaries, and discovering each child’s unique strengths and abilities.
