cancellation fees
Your provider sets aside your scheduled appointment time to ensure that they are available to see you. Please schedule your appointments for dates and times that you know you will be available as well. If you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you do so with at least 24 hours’ notice so that we may offer this date and time to other patients needing to be seen. If you fail to attend two scheduled appointments within a 60-day period, and do not contact our office 24 hours in advance, all future appointments will be cancelled. Our office will send you a discharge letter by mail and you will be required to re-establish care if you need additional behavioral health services. Our facility offers an automated text or call option to remind you of your appointments. It is your responsibility to contact our office by phone (509-378-5553) if you need to cancel or reschedule any of your appointments.
