Tareas que terminan en l\u00e1grimas. A los ni\u00f1os con TDAH les cuesta m\u00e1s mantener las expectativas futuras en mente, lo que significa que los entornos impredecibles pueden volverse abrumadores r\u00e1pidamente. Esto no es un problema de comportamiento. La ceguera temporal hace que las transiciones se sientan repentinas y abrumadoras, y cada decisi\u00f3n agota una reserva limitada de funcionamiento ejecutivo. A media tarde, los ni\u00f1os con TDAH ya han pasado horas controlando impulsos y manteniendo la atenci\u00f3n. Su capacidad de regulaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 agotada. Este enfoque funciona mucho mejor que esperar un enfoque sostenido hasta que todo est\u00e9 terminado. Las investigaciones muestran que hasta el 73% de los ni\u00f1os con TDAH experimentan alteraciones del sue\u00f1o, siendo el retraso del inicio del sue\u00f1o especialmente com\u00fan.
