Por favor, programe sus citas para fechas y horarios en los que usted tambi\u00e9n sepa que estar\u00e1 disponible. Si necesita cancelar una cita, le pedimos que lo haga con al menos 24 horas de anticipaci\u00f3n para que podamos ofrecer esa fecha y hora a otros pacientes que necesiten ser atendidos. Si no asiste a dos citas programadas en un per\u00edodo de 60 d\u00edas y no se comunica con nuestra oficina con 24 horas de anticipaci\u00f3n, se cancelar\u00e1n todas las citas futuras. Nuestra oficina le enviar\u00e1 una carta de baja por correo y deber\u00e1 volver a solicitar atenci\u00f3n si necesita servicios adicionales de salud conductual. Nuestro centro ofrece una opci\u00f3n automatizada de mensajes de texto o llamadas para recordarle sus citas.
