Ya sea que est\u00e9 criando a un ni\u00f1o o a un adolescente, a veces puede resultar abrumador. Nuestro Grupo de Apoyo para Padres y Cuidadores ofrece un espacio seguro y acogedor para compartir experiencias, conectarse con otras personas y obtener conocimientos pr\u00e1cticos. Cada semana, los ni\u00f1os aprenden estrategias saludables para afrontar situaciones dif\u00edciles, establecen objetivos de salud mental adecuados a su edad y exploran sus pensamientos y sentimientos en un espacio seguro y estimulante. Las sesiones est\u00e1n dise\u00f1adas para ser divertidas y significativas, ayudando a los ni\u00f1os a desarrollar su confianza y conciencia emocional mientras se relacionan con sus compa\u00f1eros.
